Sunset Yoga + Herbal Tea at XVA
Rooftop yoga at Sundown this Full moon and Tea. Enjoy the pink skies, full moon and a soothing cup of passionflower tea. Expect heart opening yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and a grounding earth gong played during your relaxation. Please bring your own mat and anything else to make yourself more comfortable such as a cushion and blanket.
